As our customer we want to look after you in the future. Incorrect use of your stove can cause unwanted soot to build up quickly in the flue which is dangerous and really affects the efficiency of your stove. We will keep in contact on a yearly basis to arrange a service and sweep of your stove. Our service will include a sweep, clean out and replacement of certain damaged parts such as the fire rope and fire bricks. |
