Mark is our main man. Unlike most of the stove companies and installers who are popping up all over the place, he has specialised in stove installation for over 7 years and is a master of his art; a happy customer is his top priority! Mark is one of the highest qualified and experienced Hetas approved installers in Bristol. He has been a builder since he left school (25 years or so!), because of this our quotes cover more than just your stove installation. We will do the job, start to finish, and include most making good like plastering and refitting skirting. Troy is Marks son and together they form a formidable team!
Chris works behind the scenes getting the best price for you,
he will be your point of contact from your initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, making sure you receive the best customer service throughout your experience with Toasty Stove. All three of us are Hetas approved installers so you are safe in the knowledge your stove has been selected, installed and signed off by only the best!
Once your stove has been installed we will register it with HETAS, the fire service and the Council to obtain the required retrospective planning permission, all included in our price, while you sit back and enjoy your stove! |
